Bill White

 Bill White, the 2009 BBA recipient, was recognized for his vision as the original supporter and champion of the New Tech High model within IPS. Overcoming extreme personal hardships during the year of launch, Bill started New Tech High at Arsenal Tech, building one of the first new Tech Highs in the country.
